| Rooibos Provence is a blend of Rooibos ("roy-boss"), lavender, rose petal, currents (both black and red), and blueberries. This blend is very relaxing and can even be used in the bath tub to help calm the mind and body. South African research on the Rooibos has concluded that seven ounces of it contains the following: Iron, Potassium, Calcium, Copper, Zinc, Magnesium, Fluoride, Manganese and Sodium. It is also renowned for its soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns (which is only enhanced by the lavender in Provence) and digestive problems. |
